Set up cheap Chinese 360 controller receiver

Get device hardware id from device manager
Extract drivers and locate .inf file: xbox360drivers\xbox360\setup64\files\driver\win7\xusb21.inf
Edit file to replace 0719 with hardware device ID number of your device - this is the last 4 digits of ID eg: USB\VID_045E&PID_02A9 is 02A9
Set windows into test mode: run as admin cmd bcdedit /set testsigning on
reboot
install driver by selecting changed .inf file - ignore security warnings
install device and update driver with new driver if not recognised
disable test mode cmd bcdedit /set testsigning off
reboot
